Pitch a Program or Event

We’re excited to hear you want to partner with the library to host a program! We seek partnerships with community members and organizations who have something to share or teach to others. Past examples include running a language conversation group, a craft program, foraging or seed starting, and more! 

Partnership programs must:

• be free of charge to the participants
• open to all

The facilitator must:

• record the number of participants as part of our annual statistics
• encourage participants to provide feedback through our short program evaluation survey

The Library will offer:

• logistics: provide a central location for the program, book a space, manage registration
• marketing: create marketing material to promote the event and spread the word through the library’s newsletter, website, social media, and in the community
