This 6-week therapeutic recreational program incorporates mind buster games and creative art activities that contribute to improved mental health and overall well-being. During this program you can expect cognitive games, crafting, group discussion and more. Join us to make connections and be creative within our friendly community. This program will leave you feeling connected and purposeful for a positive 2025.
